Research
My research interests outside the therapy room focus on 1) resilience resources in the context of adversity in young adults and 2) psychological interventions that enhance the mind-body connection.
Over the past decade, I have conducted research and received clinical training at various eminent research institutions, including the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, West Los Angeles VA Medical Center, and Children’s National Hospital in Washington DC, among others.
I have published several book chapters and peer-reviewed articles, most of which are focused on resilience and psychological resources that bolster one's ability to cope during difficult life transitions. See below for a selected list of publications.

I am strongly committed to staying connected with the latest research in psychotherapeutic interventions, applied neuroscience, and general mental health to ensure my practice remains contemporary and impactful.
